Acquisition Criteria
BGK Group is actively seeking to invest fully discretionary capital with a current emphasis on the acquisition of multi-tenant office properties. Additional investment criteria includes:
Office and Industrial Properties:
- Multi-tenant Office ($5 million - $75 million purchase price)
- Multi-tenant Flex and Distribution Product ($5 million - $25 million purchase price)
- Stable assets with 80% or greater occupancy and a balanced lease expiration schedule
- Well-located class A and B properties in primary and secondary markets nationwide
Multi-family:
- Minimum 200 units, maximum purchase price of $25 million
- Class A and B properties located near employment centers in primary and secondary markets nationwide
- Good visibility and access required
- 1980 or later construction
